We want you to be happy with Orvix VPN. If you're not, contact help@orvixvpn.com within 30 days of your first purchase and we'll refund it in full. Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days. Renewal payments are not covered by the money-back guarantee, but you can cancel anytime from your customer portal to stop future charges, and you'll keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
